The 7.62x25mm cartridge is the type of ammunition that is used in the PPSh-41 submachine gun.

The 7.62x25mm Tokarev round was developed from the 7.63x25mm Mauser round. It was essentially a Russian version of the 7.63x25mm Mauser round with many improvements. Production of this new round began in 1930. The 7.62x25mm round has many different types, including but not limited to incindeary and armor piercing rounds. It was used in weapons such as the TT-33 Tokarev Pistol , the PPSh-41 submachine gun, and the K-50M, which was a variant of the PPSh-41[1].

The 7.62x25mm round has a moderate amount of noise when fired. The cartridge deals the same amount of damage as the .45 ACP cartridge, and the 6.5x50mm round. It can kill a player in 6 shots to the body, 7 when using painkillers. When used with the automatic PPSh-41, it can deal major damage to the head due to its high fire rate. The PPSh-41 is very bad at medium-long range.
