Union Square is an unmarked landmark in the middle of Kin. Union Square is right in front of the city's town hall, and it is filled with military and medical tents. It spawns a large amount of Military Loot, and also also Medical supplies. Union Square is surrounded by barricades, and has a large statue in the center. It is currently unknown who the people are in the statue. The square was overrun with refugees from countries outside of America, causing it to fall into chaos due to the infection spread of unhomogeneous social practices.
There is also a strange connection between the place and Patient Zero. If the lights around the square is shaded red, it means that it is coming. Strangely, players are not teleported to Kin's Hospital if attacked. This is considered a challenge for many people in the game, to loot Union Square so many times that they get the close encounter.
